At Baya, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all furniture and decor items to ensure your complete satisfaction. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we will gladly assist you with a return or exchange for a more suitable selection.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they remain undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
