Standard delivery for in-stock items typically takes 5-7 business days. For larger furniture pieces or custom upholstery, please allow 2-4 weeks for our specialized white-glove delivery service.
Do you offer a warranty on Baya products?
Yes, all Baya furniture comes with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural integrity. Decorative accessories and textiles are covered by a 12-month warranty.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.
How can I track my order?
